RYE RESIDENCE
This beach front gambrel underwent extensive renovations to take advantage of it's unique site grades and panoramic ocean views. The lower level was built-out to include a half-kitchen and media room; the 1st Floor was expanded out over the Garage; and the 2nd Floor & roof system were removed & rebuit to gain additional living space. This project required multiple regulatory approvals from the Town and NHDES.
