PORTSMOUTH WATER FRONT RENOVATION
This remodeling project focused on developing a more aesthetic and functional transition from the 1st Floor living areas to the waterfront via a wraparound deck and walk-out basement. Terracing the grade across the rear yard with dry-fit granite retaining walls was a major design element.
