RYE, NH OCEAN VIEW COTTAGE
Regulatory reductions in allowable building ridge height & lot coverage were a primary design consideration for this new 2200 SF Rye, NH ocean-view cottage. Creative design solutions were developed to carefully tailor the residence to the lot and provide a well appointed open floor plan with sweeping views of the water. Hydraulic elevator access to all levels eliminates stair dependency and solves maximizing the 1st floor common living areas with a spacious 2nd floor master bedroom suite.
